Sunday January 17
We got up bright and early at 4 am! Said good-bye to our condo in turtle bay and headed back to Honolulu to run an 8k race! We told bob he could spend some time on the beach, but he didn't know he was going to be running on the beach with 40% of the run being uphill. Met up with Kathy again and the 5 of us did the race! Who is better than us??!!

After the race we had a light breakfast by the beach, walked along the beach, did a little shopping at an outdoor market, then headed to the airport. We had a short flight to Maui. There were some minor problems with the weight of our luggage but we made it work.  We were happy to turn in our jeep before we left and this time got a full size care... however it was a bit tricky fitting all our luggage in! Yikes!
The condo here is amazing! Good job louie! We are right on the beach.

Great dinner and drinks at Three's bar & Grill. Visited our friendly food store, Foodland. It's no Wegmans but they give us an amazing discount! Bob can make a killer Mai Tail!
